Every qualifying purchase made between 1st October and 31st October 2024 to the value of $10,000 or more (excluding GST) will receive a free Arrosto Portable Pizza Oven valued at $500.00.
2. Eligibility:
Purchases can be combined to reach the qualifying amount of $10,000 or more (excluding GST) within the promotional period.
The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
The purchase must be made between 12:00 am NZST on 1st October 2024 and 11:59 pm NZST on 31st October 2024.
3.Promotion Gift Details:
The promotional gift is an Arrosto Gas Portable Pizza Oven.
The gift includes the pizza oven assembly (with hose and regulator), 1 x Ceramic Pizza Stone, and 1 x Match Holder.
No assembly required, with a built-in gas ignition feature and adjustable heat control.
Maximum of one pizza oven per project, regardless of the total purchase amount. (For example, a $40,000 purchase does not entitle the customer to four pizza ovens).
4. Payment Terms:
To qualify for the pizza oven, a deposit or full payment must be made before 31st October 2024, unless the customer is on a "20th of the following" account.
If the payment is not received by the due date, the pizza oven will not be secured.
5. Gift Limitations:
The Arrosto Portable Pizza Oven is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other product.
The gift is provided as-is with no substitutions allowed.
One pizza oven will be provided per qualifying total purchase amount, with a maximum of one unit per project.
6. Collection & Delivery:
The pizza oven will be delivered to customers upon confirmation of their eligible purchase, or can be collected from the specified BelAire Fencing location.
The delivery address for the pizza oven can be specified as either the same delivery address as the fencing or to a different address as required.
The BelAire account manager will liaise with the purchaser to arrange delivery.
Delivery times are subject to standard shipping schedules and availability.
7. General Conditions:
BelAire Fencing reserves the right to amend, vary, or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
In the event of dispute, BelAire Fencing's decision will be final.
8. Liability:
BelAire Fencing is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury as a result of this promotion or use of the Arrosto Portable Pizza Oven.
Any issues or defects with the pizza oven are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
9. Privacy:
Customer information collected for participation in this promotion will be used for processing orders and delivery of the promotional gift and will be handled in accordance with BelAire Fencing’s privacy policy.
