2. Eligibility:
Purchases can be combined to reach the qualifying amount of $10,000 or more (excluding GST) within the promotional period.
The promotion is open to New Zealand residents aged 18 years and over.
The purchase must be made between 12:00 am NZDT on 1st March 2025 and 11:59 pm NZDT on 31st March 2025.
3.Promotion Gift Details:
The promotional gift is a Napoleon PRO Charcoal Kettle 57cm / 22″ BBQ.
The BBQ features a heavy-gauge steel charcoal grate, stainless steel heat diffuser, and an ACCU-PROBE™ temperature gauge for precision grilling.
Maximum of one BBQ per customer, regardless of the total purchase amount. (For example, a $40,000 purchase does not entitle the customer to four BBQs.)
4. Payment Terms:
To qualify for the BBQ, a deposit or full payment must be made before 31st March 2025, unless the customer is on a "20th of the following" account.
If the payment is not received by the due date, the BBQ will not be secured.
5. Gift Limitations:
The Napoleon PRO Charcoal Kettle 57cm / 22″ BBQ is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash, store credit, or any other product.
The gift is provided as-is with no substitutions allowed.
One BBQ will be provided per qualifying total purchase amount, with a maximum of one unit per customer.
6. Collection & Delivery:
The BBQ will be delivered to customers upon confirmation of their eligible purchase or can be collected from a specified BelAire Fencing location.
The delivery address for the BBQ can be specified as either the same delivery address as the fencing or to a different address as required.
The BelAire account manager will liaise with the purchaser to arrange delivery.
Delivery times are subject to standard shipping schedules and availability.
7. General Conditions:
BelAire Fencing reserves the right to amend, vary, or withdraw the promotion at any time without notice.
In the event of a dispute, BelAire Fencing's decision will be final.
8. Liability:
BelAire Fencing is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury as a result of this promotion or use of the Napoleon PRO Charcoal Kettle 57cm / 22″ BBQ.
Any issues or defects with the BBQ are subject to the manufacturer’s warranty.
9. Privacy:
Customer information collected for participation in this promotion will be used for processing orders and delivery of the promotional gift and will be handled in accordance with BelAire Fencing’s privacy policy.
